For the first installment in this series of deep-dives, I take a closer look at the most polarizing character on the Grizzlies roster – Dillon Brooks.
News broke Wednesday morning that Brooks would likely miss the rest of the 2018-2019 season due to a toe injury.
It was the best of trades. It was the worst of trades. It was no trade.
The Grizzlies played a great first-half defensively, as the Golden State Warriors slumbered through the opening quarters to the tune of a 58-58 tie at intermission. But, the Warriors pulled away during the 3rd quarter, outscoring Memphis 34-15.
